6.30pm – Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. … No experience or flexibility required.

6.30pm – Advanced Fusion Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movement. This class is active and challenges strengthening postures.

4pm  – Playful Kids Yoga

Yoga classes for kids, builds self-esteem and self-respect. A child’s yoga practice is a rare opportunity to experience play and focus without worrying about being wrong.  It Enhances Physical Flexibility and Refines Balance. Yoga promotes physical strength because kids learn to use all of their muscles in new ways.

 

6.15pm – Boost Body Positive

Vinyasa Yoga

Body Positive Yoga is about accessible, adaptive yoga practice for people with bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

Your body is not a problem to be solved. It’s time to make the most of the one life you’ve got. 

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga when movement is paired with the breath.

5.30am – Vinyasa Fusion Yoga

Start your day with a wonderful mid-week, early morning, class to boost your energy and become more flexible with the fabulous fusion of Vinyasa Yoga and exercise/strengthening postures.

After the yoga class go home with a complementary Organic Herbal Tea to start your day fresh and healthy!

 

5.30pm – Gentle Flow Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Gentle Flow Yoga is particularly good for regulating the blood,
lymph and oxygen flow and balancing autonomic functions, and when practiced with meditation
(yoga nidra) and the vibration and frequency of Sound, is invaluable for healing, relaxing, renewing
and reconnecting body, mind and spirit.
