6.30pm – Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. … No experience or flexibility required.

 

 

Thursday

6.30pm – Advanced Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements. 

 

Tuesday

5.30pm – Vinyasa Body Positive Yoga

Body Positive Yoga is about accessible, adaptive yoga practice for people with bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

Your body is not a problem to be solved. It’s time to make the most of the one life you’ve got. 

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga when movement is paired with the breath.

Wednesday 

3.30pm  – Playful Kids Yoga

Yoga classes for kids, builds self-esteem and self-respect. A child’s yoga practice is a rare opportunity to experience play and focus without worrying about being wrong.  It Enhances Physical Flexibility and Refines Balance. Yoga promotes physical strength because kids learn to use all of their muscles in new ways.

 

5.30pm – Gentle Hatha Yoga

A gentler style of Hatha Yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

 

6.45pm – FREE Meditation as a gift to our community to create Peace within everyone and our world.
